CBM «Osmoloda» Ltd. is a leader of woodworking industry in the segment of saw timber production. Sawmill production is an important process of primary mechanical wood treatment.
It is installed new sawmill and molding lines. Nowadays, sawing capacity of raw material is 10 000 m3 per month.

The basis for manufacturing of solid wood is glued constructions.
Ist application gives the possibility to use safely wood material, because when cutting logs it is not always possible to get free of defects (knots, gum spots, crecks, blue areas etc.) solid parts, bars or work piece of necessary profile. Besides, glued details are stronger than solid ones. First of all these are bars joined into slats, as the saparate pieces, as well glued in2, 3 and 4 pcs. in thickness and necessary quantity by width of the required amount for the manufacture of furniture parts.

The process of production starts from the delivery of high quality raw material, and presence of kiln driyers, which allows to control the wood humidity ourselves. It is a significant fact, which greatly influences the final result. The company uses high-tech equipment with modern technologies of wood treatment, which allows to produce products, that meet the highest expectation of our customers.
We use eco-friendly and water proof PVA D 4 glue for gluing the pieces.
